LINET Group announces record sales of EUR 367 million

26. 8. 2025

LINET Group, a leading global manufacturer of medical beds and related technologies, achieved record sales of EUR 367 million in the 2024/2025 fiscal year. The group’s operating profit exceeded EUR 60 million, confirming its stable growth and strong position in the global market.

"The year 2024/2025 continued dynamically, as has been the case since 2020. The most significant growth markets included the United States and Latin America. At the same time, LINET actively participated in the restoration of Ukrainian healthcare and continued to invest in technological innovations," said Tomáš Kolář, Managing Director LINET Group.

In November 2024, the company expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of the French company Domalys, a manufacturer of ergonomic furniture and smart technologies for fall prevention. Thanks to this acquisition, it strengthened its position not only in the field of hospital care, but also in the social and home care segment.

Although the global market cooled last year and traditional sales of medical beds stagnated, LINET managed to grow thanks to its emphasis on modern technology, the development of rental models, and the provision of comprehensive services. These factors contributed significantly to the company’s record financial results.

Challenges and prospects for the coming period

The current fiscal year brings new challenges, particularly in the form of tariffs on imports to the US and currency fluctuations. According to Tomáš Kolář, European companies also face disadvantages in the form of the Czech Republic's failure to adopt the euro and a growing administrative burden.

"In 2025/2026, international trade will have to establish new ways of doing business with the world’s largest economy, which will have a global impact. This will certainly affect LINET’s business. In Europe, we will have to clearly define our current priorities and how to maintain the global competitiveness of our industry. I hope that European leaders will also recognize these priorities," adds Kolář.

In addition to the United States, which remains the world's largest market, LINET is also increasingly turning its attention to Asia. This year, the company opened a new sales hub in Bangkok, Thailand.
