The protection of the environment and human health, in connection with our products, plays an important role in Linet's sustainable environmental management. We place great emphasis on compliance with regulations prohibiting, respectively restricting the use of certain hazardous substances (eg REACH, RoHS) and carbon footprint management.

REACH - registration, evaluation and authorization of chemicals LINET has implemented obligations in REACH, which also imposes certain obligations on each actor in the supply chain. Our products also fall within the scope of this regulation, which is why we require our suppliers to declare compliance with REACH so that we can also declare our products safe.

RoHS - Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE). LINET closely monitors RoHS developments and responds promptly to any changes in these requirements. The RoHS Directive is closely related to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive, which sets targets to address large amounts of toxic electronic waste.

One of the key indicators of sustainable development is carbon neutrality. Linet has launched a carbon footprint project. These include targets for reducing CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions released during the life cycle of a product or service, our lives or one way, and so on. Every year, the company publishes an Environmental Impact Report, through which it informs the public about its approach and the results achieved in the field of health, safety and environmental protection. These reports monitor the company's impact on all components of the environment through quantified indicators and document developments in individual years.

Our company LINET is registered in the List of persons who are obliged to take back and use packaging waste, under registration number 0322/500/2438/10. LINET solves the take-back of used electrical equipment in cooperation with REMA System.
