The world’s largest medical forum has now come to a close. The 41st Medica World Forum in Düsseldorf ended on 21 November after four packed days. How did the international trade fair go this year?
The world’s largest medical forum has now come to a close. The 41st Medica World Forum in Düsseldorf ended on 21 November after four packed days. How did the international trade fair go this year? The number of exhibitors rose again. This year, 4,324 firms and other organisations registered for the event from 60 countries from around the world. There were 138,000 visitors (10,000 more than last year), 45% of whom were from abroad. The organisers noted that there was a lot more interest from Asia and Arab countries this time around.
In confirmation of this, Michaela Domerecká, marketing specialist from LINET, stated that “the interest in our stand was at least the same, if not greater, than last year”. The company stand, with its trendy violet design, had a lot to offer, presenting the latest additions to LINET’s portfolio – the Precioso active mattress and the Eleganza 3XC hospital bed.(22.11.2009)
