The Czech company Linet has gained a lot of experience after years of operating in Latin America, now it wants to establish its own subsidiary there. If Linet, the Czech manufacturer of medical technology is successful in its plan, it will have its own subsidiary in Brazil next year. This would be the culmination of another stage in the expansion of this successful company in Latin America.
One of the aspects of the work of a manager is that he mentors someone. He also receives a salary for guiding and supporting someone. Rooting out the “languishers” is the right corporate culture. Linet in Slaný has the right recipe which manufactures nursing beds and furniture. It needs to be competitive because eighty percent of the turnover comes from exports. “The work must be competitive,” stresses Vladimíra Michnová, the company’s human resources director.
Linet, the medical bed manufacturer, opened its new training centre at its plant in Želevčice near Slaný in October for its employees who will not have work at a time of a fall in orders. Here they will be able to develop their skills so the company will also be able to avoid redundancies. This is what Zbyněk Frolík, the company’s managing director, had to tell news reporters.
The first company nursery school has opened in the Central Bohemian Region. It was built in Želevčice near Slaný by the company Linet, which manufactures hospital beds and medical technology. The nursery for 42 children is of unique benefit to the company’s employees, but will also serve children of parents who do not work at the company.
