Želevčice – A new nursery school for forty-two children opened yesterday in Želevčice near Slaný, Kladno. Its founder is not the town, but a private company – the Linet medical bed manufacturer. It is exceptional to find a company nursery with such a capacity not only in the Central Bohemian Region, but throughout the Czech Republic. Moreover, the nursery also has places for children of local residents who do not work at Linet.

 

This time the export column will take us to the Middle East, specifically to the Persian Gulf. This is a region known for its military conflicts but decidedly one that can provide an opportunity for Czech companies.

Only a year ago some employees of the company Linet in Želevčice near Slaný were faced with the problem of where to send their pre-school children.

Linet, the medical bed and technology manufacturer, has won a French tender worth at least five million euros. So four thousand beds made in the Czech Republic will go to hospitals all over France in the next three years.

Linet, the manufacturer of medical beds and other medical technology, has won one of the biggest contracts in its history. It will deliver about 4000 beds for at least five million euros, that is about 125 million crowns, to hospitals throughout France in the next three years. All the beds will be manufactured in the factory in Slaný.
