All Linet products meet the technical, health, as well as safety, environmental and other requirements prescribed by current EU legislation. The products are subjected to demanding tests for bio-compatibility, EMC and electrical safety. Mechanical, service-life and so-called “hooligan” tests are carried out which respect the needs of healthcare.

Production also passes through a self-inspection system and parallel independent inspection.

Each bed is subjected to initial inspection and an electric parameter test.

Production is regulated by ISO 9001, EN 46 001 (TÜV CERT Rheinland) and NF 178 norms. The group also gained a recertificationauditunderthenewENISO9001:2000and EN ISO 13485:2000 norms.

At the end of 2004 Linet achieved certificationunderDIN EN ISO 14001 norms – the environmental management system.
