What is often loftily referred to as “Corporate Social Responsibility” is what we consider to be a basic value and something we have professed from our start.
Corporate responsibility goes hand-in-hand with everything LINET does. Both the company’s owners and employees are actively involved in many projects that reflect this.
Regional Stability
We are a reliable employer, providing 550 jobs. We are focused on growth as a standard and maintaining stability in times of crisis.
Supporting Education
We provide professional practice with the possibility of subsequent employment for secondary school students. We organize school field trips, including the use of our modern training center. We actively cooperate with universities on specific projects.
Environment
We meet the ISO 14001:2004 standard. Our products or services do not harm the environment. We sort and dispose of waste ecologically. We are part of the Green Company project.

Anyone who is willing to work has an opportunity at Linet. There are no linguistic, ethnic or gender barriers in our company. In 2009, we opened a company nursery school for employees with children, thus helping them reintegrate into the work environment.
Know-How and Innovation for Development
We cooperate closely with medical personnel in order to be highly aware of and able to serve their current needs. Each year we launch two new products. Our innovation and expertise are protected by patents and trademarks. We export Czech know-how worldwide.
Corporate Volunteering
Our employees actively participate in many volunteer activities that contribute to the development of the region. We arrange collections for areas affected by floods and for the disabled. We organize a regular clean up of our home town Zelevcice.
