The company Proma Reha may not produce or sell copies of LINET beds!
Leading world manufacturer of health-care technology LINET has chalked up an emphatic victory in its fight against forgers. The Municipal Court in Prague issued an interim measure in a case where LINET is suing the Czech company Proma Reha for violating its industrial copyright.
